ABOUT INLAND NORTHWEST LMCC
The Inland Northwest Labor Management Cooperation Committee is an
organization established through the Collective Bargaining
Agreement between our Contractors and Electricians. It
provides a forum to discuss and take action on issues that affect the
electrical industry, both short range and long term. A key
component of these efforts is our dedication to providing a
continuing supply of highly skilled craftsmen to meet the needs
of the industry.
OBJECTIVES:

To improve
communication between representatives of labor and management.

To provide
workers and employers with opportunities to study and explore
new and innovative joint approaches to achieving
organizational effectiveness.

To promote the benefits, to the public, of
using our highly
skilled workers, and expert contractors to provide
the Inland Northwest with quality electrical construction.

To promote, among young people
who will be entering the work force, the
opportunities and benefits available within the construction industry,
including joint labor and management sponsored
training programs.

To promote the
use of safe, efficient, high quality construction services in
development, maintenance, and rehabilitation of commercial,
industrial, and residential facilities.
