ABOUT INLAND NORTHWEST LMCC

The Inland Northwest Labor Management Cooperation Committee is an organization established through the Collective Bargaining Agreement between our Contractors and Electricians.  It provides a forum to discuss and take action on issues that affect the electrical industry, both short range and long term.  A key component of these efforts is our dedication to providing a continuing supply of highly skilled craftsmen to meet the needs of the industry.

 OBJECTIVES:

  • To improve communication between representatives of labor and management.

  • To provide workers and employers with opportunities to study and explore new and innovative joint approaches to achieving organizational effectiveness.

  • To promote the benefits, to the public, of using our highly skilled workers, and expert contractors to provide the Inland Northwest with quality electrical construction.

  • To promote, among young people who will be entering the work force, the opportunities  and benefits available within the construction industry, including joint labor and management sponsored training programs.

  • To promote the use of safe, efficient, high quality construction services in development, maintenance, and rehabilitation of commercial, industrial, and residential facilities.
